Hello there, I'm Jonathan Lin Junhong, a real estate consultant with over 10 years of experience.


I ventured into the property career during 2012; of which I have experienced various amount of changes in the property market - Government intervention [EG: The introduction to Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) & Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD)].


The reason why I joined the property industry is because I believe each and every property has a value and it brings me great joy to be able to see my clients achieve their goals in obtaining their own property, along with smiles on their faces which I felt truly satisfied and happy.
